Kvaesitso doesn’t have a Play Store listing or even a name I can pronounce easily. But it’s still the launcher I’ve kept on my phone the longest since ditching Nova. It’s a fully open-source, search-first launcher that works nothing like most other launchers on the Play Store.

There’s a lot to like about Kvaesitso, but getting it onto your phone — and keeping it updated once it’s there — takes a bit more than tapping an “Install” button.
