Back in late June, T-Mobile announced plans to retire many of its oldest legacy plans. Customers on these older offerings would automatically be upgraded to a newer Experience plan, with the average price rising by about $4 per line.

Unsurprisingly, this move has caused a lot of backlash, and many customers are now frustrated enough to consider leaving. I understand the temptation, and for many, it could absolutely be the right move. Still, before you jump ship, let’s look at just five things you should do before pulling the trigger.
