It’s certainly tempting to upgrade the moment your smartphone’s successor is released. It’s a feeling that many Pixel 10 and older owners likely felt and are still feeling this week, given that the Pixel 11 series is now available. However, as strong as that temptation might be, it’s often far smarter to resist it.

This rings true for Pixel 10 Pro owners in particular, a phone that still has plenty going for it.
