Sudakov heard Benfica's head coach's verdict after the crushing victory

Marco Silva, head coach of Portugal’s Benfica, continues to place his trust in Ukrainian national team midfielder Heorhiy Sudakov, despite his lack of goals.
The player has appeared in ten matches this season, recording one assist, prompting the “Eagles’” coach to once again assess the 25-year-old’s prospects.
“Has Sudakov lost his spot in the starting lineup? I don’t understand why you say that, but that’s your opinion, and I respect it,” the Portuguese coach responded.
Silva has repeatedly stated that the Ukrainian has his trust because he puts in a lot of work, which is reflected in the statistics and is crucial to the club’s results.
On Saturday, September 5, Benfica gave Marítimo no chance, crushing their opponent 3–0. Sudakov started the match, received a yellow card, and was substituted in the 62nd minute.
