It’s been a while since a new weapon was added to the store, but VALORANT leaks suggest that another one is on the way. The new VALORANT weapon is reportedly called “Warden” and is a competitor to the Vandal and Phantom. Here’s everything we know so far.

On September 13, 2026, some of the most interesting VALORANT news in recent memory began appearing online. According to new VALORANT leaks, a new weapon will be added to the game. It is reported to be a rifle called the Warden.

The leak about the VALORANT weapon originated from the VALORANT Info Telegram group, which brings together data miners and developers. @kohteihep and @valohabercisi began sharing the news on X.com. They included what appears to be an image of the weapon, shown below:

It’s important to note that Riot Games has not yet confirmed this. However, several reputable accounts have confirmed the legitimacy of the leaks.

Let’s get down to business. Along with the photos, insiders have reportedly revealed numerous details about the Sentinel. It has a scope, so you can aim at enemies from a distance. It is also a fully automatic weapon.

VALORANT Warden Release Date

Insiders warn that they do not yet know the release date for the Warden in VALORANT. It’s quite possible that it will take anywhere from a few months to a year before we see this weapon in the game, especially considering that new VALORANT leaks usually include an approximate release date in the near future.

However, we can’t rule out the possibility that Riot might save Warden for a surprise release, if the leaks turn out to be true. @valohabercisi on X.com claims that it will also be released alongside the new VALORANT skins, the Galleria 2.0 collection.

How much does Varden cost in VALORANT?

According to insider reports, the Warden costs 2,900 in-game credits. This means its price point is similar to that of the Phantom and the Vandal, the two most competitive rifle options in the game. It will likely become a popular choice, as there are so few high-tier rifles in the pool, and it doesn’t outprice other options.
