Usyk faced off against the star champion. It’s going to be a wild fight

WBC, WBA, and IBF heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk met with UFC lightweight champion Ilya Topuria.

A video of the athletes’ interaction appeared on social media. During the brief encounter, the Ukrainian boxer greeted the mixed martial arts star and jokingly addressed him in Spanish.

“Viva español,” Usyk said.

Topuria is preparing for one of the most highly anticipated fights of the year. Early on the morning of June 15, the undefeated fighter will defend his UFC lightweight title against American Justin Gaethje at UFC Freedom 250, which will take place on the grounds of the White House in Washington, D.C.
