Antonelli has won 8 races in his F1 career

Mercedes driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli won the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid, securing his eighth victory of the Formula 1 season.

His closest competitors in this category (George Russell and Lando Norris) have only two wins each.

Interestingly, with eight wins, Antonelli has already surpassed his experienced teammate George Russell in the all-time standings; Russell has seven F1 wins over the course of his seven-year career.

At this rate, Antonelli will surpass Daniel Ricciardo (8 wins), Charles Leclerc (9), Oscar Piastri (9), and Valtteri Bottas (10) as early as this season.

Andrea Kimi leads Russell by 81 points in the overall standings.
